Tava Pulao

Eggplant / Brinjal Thogayal
slice brinjal
keep oil in tava
fry brinjal till golden brown
add in mixer
add some salt
little tamarind, 2-3 red chillies, add cilantro-- grind first.
add asofotedia
grind all, only a small time
fry mustard, larger quantity urad dal,
grind all.

Pav Bhaji
From: MOM !
1/2 kilo potato
1/4 tomato
2 bell pepper
boil potato, remove skin
smash with hand
add turmeric, salt, red chill powder,
add 1 glass water
peel 5-6 cloves garlic and make it a paste
Fry bell pepper mildly in butter for less than a minute
Remove
add oil and fry tomato
add onion after this
Add peas and fry
add boiled potato paste
add little chana masala
heat well
add garlic paste
mix well and heat
add bell pepper in the end
shut off heat
and add chopped cilantro

Version 1
curd/yoghurt
besan
salt
add all of these with 2 cups water and mix in mixer
Set aside
add 2-3 garlic cloves and 2-3 green chillies and 1 Table spoon coconut powder
grind in mixer
add the previous paste and mix again
fry turmeric seeds
add cilantro
heat well
as soon as it boils , shut off heat

grind all three
curd and besan paste add to this
heat a little

1 spoon urad dal ,
1/2 spoon methi
green chillies
red chillies
fry all of these
and then grind all of this with coconut
add besan and salt and curd and heat slightly

Badam Kheer/ payasam

boil badam in water
remove the skin
put in mixer and add half glass milk
grind maximum possible
add saffron
add evaporated milk to this
add badam paste
stop heating
add sugar
Put in fridge and serve chilled
