Eggplant / Brinjal Thogayal

slice brinjal
keep oil in tava
fry brinjal till golden brown
add in mixer
add some salt
little tamarind, 2-3 red chillies, add cilantro-- grind first.
add asofotedia
grind all, only a small time
fry mustard, larger quantity urad dal,
grind all.
